As a result, we are searching for an exceptional candidate to join the M&A CoE team to drive M&A process and technical integration efforts for Market-to-Support processes, partnering with business unit, functional and technical leads across Adobe. What you’ll do Drive Market-to-Support M&A integration into Adobe processes and systems Partner with business units, functional executives, enterprise architects, and engineering teams across Adobe for M&A integration planning Perform business process and systems discovery sessions and gap analysis to enable integration of acquired companies Drive interim M&A integration solution vision and scope. Prepare requirements and confirm M&A solution supports business objectives Represent the business and keep the best interest of stakeholders in mind while working with IT/engineering teams on M&A technical solutions    What you need to succeed Experience with large technology transitions and M&A integrations Experience with Adobe Corp sales and deal desk policies/processes is preferred Experience with full life cycle implementations Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders Ability to facilitate meetings, present complex ideas clearly and concisely, and drive decision making Willingness to contribute and work through ambiguous scenarios Functional testing experience Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,800 -- $200,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
