We have an outstanding opportunity to craft the agenda in our EMEA business; developing and delivering transformative experiences to develop leaders, drive organisational change and build a learning culture!What You’ll Do:As a Talent Development Program Manager, you are the linchpin to our team and will have the opportunity to strengthen our learning culture through sharing insights using data and evangelising our fabulous development offerings.  You will work as part of a regional Employee Experience team and a global Talent Development team to deliver high quality and high impact work! This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a fast paced, creative and customer focused team.  If you want to grow your career in a dynamic, supportive, and thriving organisation, this is for you! Core responsibilities will include:Data analysis.Generating insights and sharing with relevant stakeholders.Developing our marketing approach for our offerings.Representing Talent Development in the business and in the wider Employee Experience community.Managing the budget.What you’ll need to succeed:Our ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator who takes accountability for their work outputs and possesses excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to completion. You’ll be a clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach, able to challenge the status quo in a supportive way when required.In addition we’d love to see:Proven experience in a related program manager role.A background in learning and development.Fluency in English – the ability to facilitate in other European languages is a big plus.Certification in project management.Experience of using Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel etc).Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.Comfort working across cultures and with teams across EMEA, Asia Pacific, India and the USA.Ability to work in a truly fast-paced environment.As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
