The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and will have a technical background with great communication and project management skills.You will use data to help product, marketing and engineering teams achieve operational and execution efficiencies. Your success is predicated on finding opportunities and providing insights that enable our enterprise business to lower customer churn, increase user engagement, and facilitate product-led growth.All 2024 Adobe interns will be ‘co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. What You Will DoThe intern will be expected to serve as an individual contributor and will work with various members of the Product Data Science teams to construct functioning prototypes using real-world big data. This will be achieved by employing techniques in statistical modeling, machine learning, causal inference, and software development. The prototypes will be crafted to produce valuable insights that will be leveraged to develop highly effective programs for Adobe's Experience Cloud products.What You Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled full time and pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields are strongly preferred; or equivalent experience requiredStrong Proficiency with statistical programming software like Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) and/or R (dplyr, ggplot2, etc.)Solid understanding of Statistics & Hypothesis TestingExperience with predictive modeling and (supervised and unsupervised) machine learning algorithmsExperience in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL and/or SQL-like languages.Familiarity with version control software GitHub and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBIUnderstanding of Experimental Design, Measurement (A/B Testing), and Causal Inference methodsAbility to participate in a full-time internship between May-SeptemberOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45.00 -- $55.00 hourly.
