As the ESG Data Analyst the focus is on enabling reporting to support customer, investor, and regulatory requirements. This role will be responsible for internal/external reporting, business intelligence/analytics, data visualization, and process improvement across environment and/or human rights. The person in this role will work closely with the subject matter experts on the Sustainable Impact and Compliance Team.What you will be doing (responsibilities): Be part of data management improvement projects on ESG related databases.Consolidate and document requirements; often conducts analyses and build BI prototypes.Designs, builds, and sets-up, dashboards and custom analytics applications for the organization and facilitates self-service reporting. Also leads the validation and acceptance of such reports.Creates data models in BI tools and business views that present data in a user-friendly schema.Designs the data and analytics infrastructure (i.e., APIs, services, containers, sandboxes, servers, and databases) to support self-service activities and data analytics solutions.What you will bring (education, knowledge and skills): First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.Two to four years of experience in data analysis, data management and reportingDemonstrated knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Qlikview, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and virtual collaboration toolsAbility to effectively engage and work with a global teamExperience in agile project delivery and strong analytical skillsShould have knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and developed business acumen.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.Job -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -25%Relocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
