Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :To develop, define and drive operational contracts with logistics partners and fulfilment centers with reference to data supported by costing, cash flow and revenue metrics focused on strengthening business performance and customer satisfaction.To create and execute an end-to-end Operations blueprint to strategically support the growth of the EU region while delivering a premium and seamless customer experience.To collaborate with stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, IT and Finance) to review and manage plans according to project plans and activities according to customer needs.To identify creative and innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction via delivery and unpacking experience.Pre-Requisites :Degree in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics and have at least 8 years of Management related working experience in the Operations and Logistics from a robust end-to-end Supply Chain/ Logistics Management background.Demonstrated ability to be strong in negotiation and logistics management experience.Possess very strong influencing skills to be able to deliver value and advice to peers and stakeholders.Analytic skills and data interpretation in order to use these metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance.Must have distribution and logistics experience.Must be technologically savvy in any Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems and allocation & replenishment systems.Are you game?
