Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced, passionate, and collaborative Analyst Relations Sr. Manager to join our industry analyst relations (AR) team, reporting to the VP of AR. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders in product management, product marketing, business development, competitive intelligence (and more) to innovate, develop and own AR initiatives from strategy to execution. If you are a creative thinker, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in a job well done, this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do:Develop and manage the relationships between CrowdStrike and the industry analyst community at large, including Gartner, Forrester, IDC and boutique firms. This includes seeking analyst input and guidance, while ensuring they understand our corporate and platform vision, strategy, value proposition, and the product strategy to support it.You will need to know and understand the CrowdStrike and Falcon Platform vision, strategy and value proposition, both at the platform level and the market solution and product level, and work with key internal stakeholders on ongoing analyst education and influence to maximize positive analyst sentiment and placement of CrowdStrike in their research agendas and key market reports.Build, communicate and educate our AR strategy internally, as well as help build and develop internal spokespeople in order to scale our program globally.Create any necessary content to support all analyst engagements and survey submissions, including managing the overall process internally.Stay on top of the analyst research agenda for all key markets we play in, including the competitive landscape and analyst point of view of the vendors in each market, and work closely across product marketing and product management to incorporate analyst feedback and research findings into our product positioning and roadmap.Collaborate with the AR team to build and operationalize an Analyst Relations Center of Excellence.What You’ll Need:Experience leading analyst relations company-wide or for major product/service lines; additional experience in product marketing, communications or similar preferred.Track record demonstrating successful AR program leadership, including management of major evaluations, spokesperson training, securing stakeholder buy-in, and actioning inbound insights from analysts.Capacity to balance strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently to set and manage deadlines, connect the dots, and follow through.Courage to take initiative, address problems, make continuous process improvements, and advise the business with recommendations gained from analyst engagement.Team player with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues on cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.Superb written and verbal communications skills.Commitment to professionalism and personal growth.Bonus Points:Cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.Start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.Sense of humor.#LI-Remote#LI-MJ1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
