This includes but is not limited to developing and administering all United States benefits programs, acting as a liaison for health, retirement & wellness vendors, and communicating benefits information to employees. The Senior Employee Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and administration of domestic employee benefits programs.Responsibilities:In this role, you will bring your analytical skills and a financial focus to the Benefits Team, with an opportunity to expand your overall benefits administration experience. You will:Perform regular audits of eligibility, enrollment and payroll deductions using Workday, vendor, and ADP reportsManage benefit transactions in WorkdayAudit, track and process benefits invoices including establishing and monitoring purchase ordersPartner with benefit vendors to resolve issuesBuild, maintain, and deliver quarterly benefits dashboardMaintain and manage 401(k) data and assist with compliance, including audit supportExecute annual compliance processes, including Section 125 Testing, SFHCO and ACACollaborate with technology partners to streamline benefits administration and improve the employee experience in WorkdayIdentify process improvement opportunities, leading practices and innovative approaches and tools to increase efficiencies and cost effectivenessEmployee support and issue resolutionOther projects as assignedListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.Requirements:Strong analytical skills; enjoys working with reports and telling stories with dataCreative problem-solving; solution focused and detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively present information and recommendations to all levelsAbility to develop strong internal and external partnershipsDemonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and stakeholders with appropriate sense of urgencyExercises judgment in managing confidential/sensitive informationKnowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to benefits including but not limited to: ERISA, IRS, DOL, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.Self-directed, energetic team player with strong customer service orientationExperience/Education:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in benefits administration with focus on financial analyticsTechnical proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and prior Workday benefits administration experience#LI-REMOTEThe estimated base salary range for the Sr. Benefits Analyst (Remote) role based in the United States of America is: $86,500 - $129,700. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
