The Role Proofpoint is looking for a proactive, responsible, highly motivated Services Manager to oversee the Proofpoint Threat Intelligence Service. As a Proofpoint Sr. Manager of Threat Intelligence, you will lead a team of threat intelligence analysts leveraging Proofpoint threat data to provide context to the threat landscape and serve our most important customers. The ideal candidate will lead the team of threat analysts and managers to ensure business programs and projects meet organizational goals and objectives. The role will require working across all business and technical units within the Premium Services and Threat Research and Detection Organizations to drive overall Program success and customer satisfaction with Proofpoint’s Threat Intelligence Service offerings. The candidate must have a strong Cyber Threat Intelligence/Analyst background, with Service Delivery experience and Process Improvement skills, along with a proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service. The candidate will have demonstrated abilities in people management, leading teams, building consensus (influencing and driving change), and achieving results. Your day-to-day Oversee and provide Threat Intelligence Services to Proofpoint customers Work closely with Proofpoint Threat Research organizations to ensure timely delivery of all intelligence and customer deliverables Develop and refine the tools, processes, procedures, and training for the collection, monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators and program health metrics Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality Increase satisfaction and deepen client relationships Provide quality assurance on deliverables created by threat intelligence teams Build, grow, and lead an effective global team Mentor, train, and develop the skills of the team Build capacity planning and costing models Promote awareness of Threat Intelligence Services Provide communication and speaking engagements to internal and external audiences at the executive level Ensure Proofpoint intelligence solutions are clearly understood and effectively communicated, with the ability to clearly articulate value to customers What you bring to the team Demonstrated people leadership and management At least 2 years of experience of service delivery and people leadership Strong interpersonal and communication skills Track record of working effectively with critical partners, both internal and external At least 2 years of experience working in cyber threat research, threat intelligence, or threat analysis with knowledge of the overall threat landscape Experience in effectively managing multiple aspects of a service delivery organization (go to market, customer relations, etc.) Demonstrated track record of leading through change in a fast-paced dynamic environment Presentation and public speaking experience Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail Understanding of how threat intelligence lends value to customers and products Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools (ability to create accurate spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint) Some travel may be required #LI-REMOTE#LI-JL3If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Consistent with Proofpoint values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
