Senior Financial Analyst Supply Chain Entities ControllershipDescription -Senior Financial Analyst in North America International Controllership team that focus on balance sheet analysis and balance sheet integrity mainly in Supply Chain and Special entities in US.Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex finance issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert for US balance sheet for Supply Chain and Special entities and accounts. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Responsibilities: Analyze balance sheet and P&L in detail with various business process owners and finance teams cross multiple company codes and accounts mainly in US, but also other Americas company codes.Drives analysis and coordinates balance sheet and trial balance review processes monthly and quarterly.Support legal entity balance sheet forecasting and various internal and external surveys that require balance sheet information.Consults other finance teams on accounting processes and facilitate issue resolutions through team work.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.Represents Controllership during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Typically experienced in more than one finance function.Knowledge and Skills: Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one areaExcellent analytical skillsExcellent business application skills (e.g., S4, WEBI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and influencing skillsSuperior teamwork skillsStrong process understandingGood project management skillsJob -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -Shift 1, 0% premium (United States of America)Travel -NoRelocation -Not SpecifiedEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
