HP Global Marketing Agency Practice CoordinatorDescription -Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.  We are in search of a resource to join our Marketing Agency Practice team. This person will interact with cross-functional organizations within HP (including Marketing – Business, Markets, Automation, Ops, Finance, Procurement teams) and with external Agency partners primarily within the AMS region but may extend into global. Specific activities include but are not limited to the following.   Primary responsibilities:  Agency Management support: Review issues raised by HP Marketers, or preferred Agencies related to performance, resourcing or capabilities, flag to relevant Agency Strategist, MMO, GIP or Finance team, etc.  HP Agency Marketplace management (centralized site for all HP Marketers and external preferred HP Agencies for search/selection of right partner for Marketing needs and performance reviews) Manage admin access, add new stakeholders/Agency profiles Quarterly data cleanse of Agency profiles – ensuring profiles are maintained/fresh content  Support in extracting performance reporting for both HP Marketing business unit/market teams and preferred HP Agencies  Manage Agency issues with platform   Agency Governance support: Support in Market + WW Agency In-Depth Agency Analysis annual process, development of surveys, gathering inputs and project managing in collaborative documents with APT team Engage with Global Indirect Procurement, Marketing Management Operations, Finance and Marketing Automation teams to support Agencies in upcoming tool trainings, awareness of processes and new Agency onboarding support Manage refresh and creation of Agency onboarding materials   Sustainable Impact for Marketing: Support team in elevating & driving systemic change to support HP company Sustainable Impact goals, specifically focused on accountability of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals with our U.S./Global agency partners and future state, for Sustainable impact   Capabilities and qualifications:  Location: must be based in Latin America, fully remote position  Specifically Mexico-Guadalajara, Costa Rica, Colombia-Bogota 3+ years experience in either Marketing or traditional (Creative) Agency setting  Fluent in English – written/spoken (any additional languages welcome) Experience with establishing relationships either with internal Marketing teams or with external Agency partners, communicating action plans and holding stakeholders accountable in constructive, action-oriented way to drive outcomes and results Project management skillset, ability to drive project deliverables with cross-functional teams internally and externally, on multiple assignments simultaneously  Positive, agile and resourceful mindset with ability to problem solve while keeping multiple teams informed   Versed in collaborative documents via SharePoint, PPT, Excel.
