Summary The Executive Assistant will provide direct, confidential "right hand / gatekeeper" support and project assistance to our Executive team.As the right hand and gatekeeper to the executives, the Executive Assistant is privy to the most sensitive and confidential aspects of the business, is the liaison and a primary conduit of confidential and routine communication between the executives and internal and external audiences.The Executive Assistant role may manage email inbox, schedule, travel, expenses, and oversee all logistical needs for on- and off-site meetings. They may also assist with coordinating personal and business schedules as required.What You’ll DoActs as a gatekeeper (or serves as a first contact) and manages all calendaring, email, expense reporting and travel coordination for the executive management level leaders they support.Initiating and compiling requests to support meetings, tasks, departments, etc.Coordinating and costing for large-scale events (i.e. sales meeting, department meetings, etc.)Supporting the team with any reporting and analysis required Offers tactical guidance or recommendation to internal and external customers to resolve issues within established guidelinesProvides coordination and support of complex assignments within a department or groups related to budgetBe the go-to person of how the operations of the department impacts related functional groups, and applies this knowledge in their day-to-day interactions.Other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting sales leadersBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting an EVP of Sales or Chief Revenue OfficerExecutive Communication skillsDiplomacy and leadership courage required to regularly liaise with internal executive leadership and external audienceStrong business acumenExpert customer serviceSkilled at multi-taskingHigh degree of confidentiality and professionalismAbility to prioritizeBackground in managing single or multiple budgets on behalf of executive team/sBasic to advanced analytical skillsWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements20% travelReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $38.00 - $64.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
