With your deep mortgage industry expertise, you will position nCino's solutions - including Point of Sale, eClose, Compensation Automation and Advanced Analytics - as value-driven answers to those challenges. Through consultative engagement with stakeholders, your goal is to influence their perspective on how nCino's technology can optimize their business operations and deliver measurable impact. Success in this position requires combining mortgage domain knowledge with strategic sales and relationship management skills to drive nCino solution adoption and create shareholder value.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target prospective nCino customers within a defined list of enterprise accountsChallenge prospective customers to consider a new and innovative offeringDrive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goalsDevelop strong nCino brand presence within a defined list of accountUse consultative approach to identify client needs and use detailed knowledge of the nCino solution and the mortgage industry to fulfill those needsManage complex sales cycle with new customers by mapping out decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts and closing businessEffectively identify prospective customer “mobilizers” and build consensus among key stakeholdersWork effectively with inside sales partners, marketing, and relevant 3rd party partner service providers to drive a consistent message in the marketplaceExpand nCino presence within existing clients by maintaining relationship with key client stakeholders, partnering with nCino’s Customer Success team to drive adoptionQualificationsRequired:Mortgage domain expertiseB2B software, particularly SAAS, sales expertiseBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience10+ years of experience or combination experience, education, & superior performanceDemonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suiteStrong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability; able to demonstrate software solutions onsite with client or via virtual meetingsDemonstrated ability to partner with nCino team members from product, sales, professional services, support, finance and others as required to accomplish sales goals and customer successAbility to travel to client locations within the United States as required to accomplish and exceed goals Desired:Awareness of the overall financial services industryGraduate degree and/or other certificationsFlexible problem-solver who will thrive in nCino’s fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environmentOrganized, efficient, and able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellenceTravel RequirementsRequires up to 60% travelIf you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement with us.We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
