We are looking for a Senior Manager of RWD Data Quality & Governance to join our Real World Data Team in North America and lead a new team that will be performing the critical role of ensuring that our RWD is consistently fit for life science purposes. Reporting to the VP of Data Strategy & Operations, this is an amazing opportunity to leverage your RWD expertise in working with and transforming a broad collection of real world patient data in supporting advanced patient journey analytics as well and live sciences products.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s degree computer science or related applied science disciplineMinimum of 10 years experience analyzing, curating and integrating RWD patient dataset from pharmaceutical, medical, hospital claims. Engaging life sciences client with RWD analytics, supporting them through a solutioning process to delivery5-8 years demonstrated ability to drive performance, manage multiple projects/programs, manage the details and effectively follow through with executionExperience with HIPAA rules for data processing and methods for maintaining appropriate controls and monitoringIt would be great if you also have . . .• Product development, build, and launch experience• Experience with SQL, python, dbt or similar tools to build and execute analytic templates• Experience with healthcare software and/or data products such as EHRs and their configuration and data extractsExperience with de-identification / data encryption processes and controlsFamiliarity with ML and AI tools for data QAWhat will you be doing in this role? Leading a team of RWD experts in developing rules, controls, and data workflows to proactively and reactively ensure core hygiene is effectively maintained and that data is consistently fit for their analytical and product ingestion purposes.
