The mission of the Marketing PMO is to introduce and maintain a consistent approach to managing projects as well as look for opportunities to streamline process and scale. Our team oversees the cross-functional planning, resourcing, and execution of marketing projects to ensure support of best practices, standards, methodologies and tools.About the RoleThe Global Campaign Marketing Project Manager plays a key role in the organization, coordination, and management of global integrated campaigns as well as several other projects and programs at Workday. Reporting into the Manager of Marketing Project Management, the Global Campaign Marketing Project Manager owns and drives momentum for all day-to-day deliverables as the primary internal and external point of contact for projects supporting the Global Campaign Marketing team. The Global Campaign Marketing Project Manager works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are accomplished on time and that expectations are surpassed.  The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, comfortable with change, and able to work with a high volume of projects.  Duties will involve defining project deliverables, leading scoping process, aligning resources against project needs, and working with stakeholders and resources to execute and deliver projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:Working with Global Campaign Marketing, Solution Marketing, Creative, Digital and Web Production teams to develop and maintain project plans, provide project status, manage stakeholder feedback and ensure deliverables are completed and accurate.Responsibilities for this role include proactively managing resources and stakeholders with tasks using the project management toolLead in defining project scope and the development of project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of Global marketing campaigns.Drive project team to achieve deadlines, milestones and quality goals.Make daily decisions about how project tasks are executed: assignments, sequence, deadlines, dependencies, solving problems, resolving conflicts, and ensuring resources have what they need to execute projects.Act as the team’s main point of contact and facilitate communications for all project related issues.Communicate project status, requirements, risks, issues, and solutions to appropriate stakeholders.Audit projects once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, determine improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the PMO.About YouBasic Qualifications:3 to 5 years in B2B marketing with proven project management experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Google docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)Ability to simultaneously manage a high volume of projects with multiple stakeholders.Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing virtual teams. Adaptability to shift in response to evolving business demands, adept problem-solving, and the capacity to innovate and establish new processes when required.Other Qualifications:Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and improve processes.Enthusiastic, deadline-driven, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.PMP certification is a plus.Agency experience is a plus.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
