About the Role: We are looking for an Associate, Unscripted Content, to join our expanding Original Content team. This role will be a key factor in supporting our rapidly growing slate of Reality Shows and Documentaries. Reporting to the VP of Original Content, Unscripted, your main objective will be to ensure the creative needs on Tubi Originals are delivered on time and in a scalable manner, so the ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of how to conform content to meet audience demands within a high-volume production pipeline. We are currently a hybrid office and work from home, but for the long-term we require this hire to be located in Los Angeles. Responsibilities: Manage the creative affairs process throughout the production lifecycle - including, but not limited to: Development - Review creative submissions/coverages notes on concepts, pitches, IP materials, treatments and scripts, identify ideas, etc. Cast & Crew - Advise on host, narrator and other talent options/auditions, as well as above-the-line creatives Advise on key elements such as look, style, location & creative POV As required, represent Tubi on set at various production locations to ensure creative consistency and for talent relations Review footage and cuts, so as to provide feedback to producers on an ongoing basis - aggregating all notes from the Content team Build key relationships with all other Tubi departments so to ensure the most successful launch possible for the projects Manage day-to-day relationship and communication with Tubi’s production partners as it relates to creative elements Manage approval process on any creative overages, breakage or additional costs that arise from Tubi productions Develop a deep understanding of the Tubi brand, demographics and Content Intelligence in order to identify creative needs on high-value projects Leverage existing relationships with producers, agencies and production companies to support Tubi’s Original programming mandates Your Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience  3+ years experience on the producer, executive or agency track at either a production company, talent agency, studio, network, streamer, etc. Ability to successfully oversee creative affairs and development across a high-volume of projects Deep understanding of how to conform content to meet audience demands Encyclopedic knowledge and passion for both unscripted content and gen z culture Exceptional organizational and communication skills A proactive and collaborative team player who can work both independently and cross-functionally The ability to work in a high-volume environment with an emphasis on speed as well as quality control Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements , the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
