Our award winning and industry favorite tools TestComplete, Swagger, Cucumber, ReadyAPI, Zephyr are trusted by over 16 million developers, testers, and software engineers at 32,000+ organizations – including world-renowned innovators like Adobe, JetBlue, FedEx, and Microsoft.  Senior Director of Product Management SmartBear is looking for a Sr. Director of Marketplace Products to accelerate its growth in the leading cloud marketplaces (Atlassian/AWS/Azure…).  In this role, you will be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing on the marketplace strategy providing the opportunity to drive a growing business built around established products or new ones. It offers the chance to innovate with a talented and passionate cross-functional team. Successful candidates tend to be strategic, entrepreneurial in spirit, hands-on, research-savvy, and analytically driven, with proven experience in software B2B marketplace. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work together with different functions in the company. As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will: Define and communicate the marketplace strategy and sequencing of product launch by marketplace. Lead the product direction for SmartBear’s high growth Atlassian products, work with key GTM stakeholders as well as R&D to drive rapid growth and customer satisfaction. Identify new revenue opportunities, cost to implement and develop business cases. Collaborate with other product leaders to create, maintain, and communicate a roadmap enabling successful listing. Engage closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering architects, marketing and sales. Measure product adoption, usage and manage incremental revenue & profitability driven by the marketplaces. Manage the partnership with the leading marketplace leaders to ensure alignment on technology and strategy. We are looking for someone who has: Demonstrated background in Product Management in B2B software. Proven background successfully defining product strategy, packaging and pricing in at least one of the leading marketplaces (AWS, Atlassian, Azure). Proven ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal and formal presentation to executives. Proven track record of establishing strategies and building and driving the execution plans to make that strategy a reality.
