Role: Director, Operations Location : Gurgaon, India / Remote You will Oversee and manage all operational teams based in India Develop and implement operational strategies – such as cost saving and process efficiency strategies – in alignment with the company's overall objectives and mission Collaborate with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams to define and refine the company's operational roadmap and long-term business strategies Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, standards, and performance metrics across the teams within Operations Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork across the organization Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and US counterparts Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback You have Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, preferably within the advertising technology or digital marketing industry. Deep understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and ad exchanges. Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and achieving business goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for optimization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve them Exceptional leadership abilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing teams Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools You are A fast learner and creative problem solver that loves to seek out solutions and doesn’t wait for answers Organized, detail-oriented and adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at one time Driven by your team’s success and believe you play a direct role in your team's ability to succeed Dynamic, hard-working, and able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demand A strong communicator, written and oral, and are comfortable engaging in conversation with any level; excels at leading office and company-wide town halls Able to handle high-stress and high-volume workloads Technically competent (understand software, hardware, networks, etc.) Motivated, goal-orientated, and persistent, open to learning new skills and software.
