Join us to embark on an exciting career path in a dynamic, high-tech environment, where your strengths and passion about recruiting are appreciated As a Junior Recruiter Consultant you will build a partnership with hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs, identifying challenges in attracting the best candidates and finding solutions on how to improve and accelerate the process of enrolling new joiners.What will your day consist of?You will interact with hiring managers and identify the challenges, develop the talent attraction solution in the required timeframe to meet the business needs.You will manage the full staffing process, support the implementation of sourcing strategies, screen candidates, provide a short list of candidates, coordinate interviews, create offer lettersYou will guide managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and local policy.You will be part of key projects with a country-wide impactPart of your role will require you to support University/Job fairs activities.Who are we looking for?Recent Graduate r with up to 3 months of experience in recruitment and talent attraction.
