They engage in external supplier and internal stakeholder communication as well as project demand management.ResponsibilitiesContract & Supplier ManagementPartners with Legal on contract lifecycle managementNegotiates legal contracts (NDAs, Master Agreements, SOWs) under deadlines with multiple suppliers simultaneously, while strategically managing internal and external relationshipsWorks with business stakeholders to develop and negotiate SOWs, including price, commercial requirements and SLAsResponsible for execution of legal agreements and validation of supplier requirements including ISO certifications and insuranceContributes to forecast plan creation, suggesting insights based on the dataAligns on demand forecast internally & externallyProcurement Operation and ExecutionGuides business stakeholders through P2P processInitiates and tracks supplier on-boarding where applicable in Source to Pay systemsImplements and executes supplier management process covering performance, risk, and compliance managementSupports selection of new suppliers via administering RFxWorks as an internal customer advocate to address operational issues and provide support with a sense of urgencyProvides weekly project status updates to manager and program management teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in related discipline such as Supply Chain, Business Legal, or Engineering preferredExperience in data center procurement preferredMinimum of 2 years experience in contract management or similar roleFluent and proficient in both spoken and written EnglishStrong business acumen and leadership skills.
