We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.   The role in few points  Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts/prospects Facilitates customer relationships to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Conducts quarterly business reviews with customers to identify and develop new selling opportunities Work together with the extended sales team (Sales Engineers, Solutions Architect, Customer Care, SSA, Commercial Solutions, Sales Operations, etc.) and external partners (Reseller, Strategic Alliance, etc.) to maximize our actions’ impact Liaise with global counterparts to learn from one another and drives coordinated selling approach and account planning Understands commercial levers and problem solves to make initial recommendations on deal structure; overcome objections and position and engage and senior levels in account, lead commercial offers and contract negotiation   Who You Are   At Equinix, we appreciate the power of relationships, and we're seeking individuals who enjoy engaging with people, both customers and colleagues alike.   Our Digital Sales team culture is based on collaboration, learning from one another. All members of this team bring a different extensive experience in dealing with complex organizations, together to a unique point of view due to their personal and professional background.
