The Field Sales Manager (Group Manager, Single Market LM) is a key sales leadership position at The RealReal.  As a Group Manager, you will coach a field sales team focused on acquiring new consignors while nurturing existing accounts in order to drive supply and grow their assigned territory.   You're customer-obsessed, adaptable, and passionate about luxury brands, fashion, and sustainability. What You Get To Do Every Day Drive a field sales team to meet/exceed daily & monthly KPIs Shadow consignor appointments to improve/monitor performance Continually coach and train field sales representatives for optimal performance Leverage reporting in order to identify opportunities to increase client engagement and consignments Monitor and address client feedback Provide accurate reporting to Sales Leadership on team strategy and goals Ensure the team is following protocol in processing, pricing, safety, consignor communication etc. Interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems What You Bring To The Role 2+ years of work experience in sales management Motivated by a desire to win and excel in a competitive sales environment Outstanding communication and presentation skills Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Ability to build rapport, establish trust, provide empathy and build credibility with a team Efficiency and strong organizational, time management and communication skills Ability to use technological tools with ease CRM (ideally Salesforce), Google Workspace Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs Ability to meet regularly with team and clients in-person for appointment shadowing and coaching A current, valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets) Car insurance that meets or exceeds local requirements A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Compensation|Benefits|Perks Base Pay + uncapped commission $2200/mo commission target  Annual Elite Club Trip for top performers Employee Stock Purchase Plan (purchase stock @ discounted rates) Monthly sales competitions (i.e. cash | prizes | site credit | stock) 401K (with company matching up to $1000) Medical, Dental & Vision   The expected salary range for this role is $85,059.00 - $100,728.00 . To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
