This Health & Safety leader will be responsible for ensuring the wellness and security of our employees, and establishing standard processes across the organization including our Authentication Centers as well as other operations (retails, sales, logistics). This role will have a wide scope, from leading our Real Respect program to identifying and responding to emerging health concerns that could impact our employees. As a critical hire to our Health & Safety team, s/he will be required to develop strategies while also providing cross-functional coordination for implementation and oversight across all facilities. What You Get To Do Every Day Develop strategies for Health & Safety at TRR, in conjunction with HR Operations and Facilities Operations  Oversee day-to-day protocol for employee safety across all facilities, including site-specific layouts and PPE; conduct job-site analyses/inspections to identify and eliminate hazardous work practices Lead Real Respect; a program created to properly address violations of TRR’s Code of Conduct for consignors, customers, and employees Define procedures for crisis events, and associated business continuity plans Assist with crisis communication, as needed Identify and respond to emergency health concerns that could impact employees in the workplace Develop training, SOPs, and manage implementation of technology to support scalability and tracking of programs Help manage outcomes of the workers compensation, customer / vendor accident, and auto policy claims as well as assist with other insurance related tasks Establish risk mitigation goals and develop metrics, dashboards and/or scorecards to track/communicate/drive progress; Compile and present reports on safety metrics to senior management on a monthly/quarterly basis What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements 4+ years of direct work experience in Health, Safety, or Risk Management  2+ years of experience leading a team Solid understanding of crisis management/ disaster recovery concepts in a distributed environment, where you can come into an organization and quickly synthesize data to build a holistic program Passion for tackling ambiguity and providing structure to new opportunities, while leading and motivating a cross-functional team  Ability to represent TRR in a professional manner at all times to ensure company policies and procedures as well as compliance to all applicable laws and regulations Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset Adaptability and openness to change Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% Preferred Requirements Proficiency with Google Suite Compensation|Benefits|Perks Employee Stock Purchase Plan (purchase stock at discounted rates) 401K (with company matching up to $1000) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave Unlimited Discretionary Time Off (DTO) & 9 Paid Holidays Up to 40 hours of paid time off is available to cover missed shifts following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis The expected salary range for this role is $85,680.00 - $101,745.00 . To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
