We are an agile team who value teamwork, are data-driven, and committed to delivering industry-leading learning experiences and we're looking for a Senior Enablement Lead to join our team.As the Senior Enablement Lead, you'll be an important member of the Global Revenue Enablement team; responsible for leading projects to equip our sales and success teams with the ability to understand, and convey, the value of Autodesk's portfolio of offers. You will report to the Senior Director, Global Revenue Enablement.You will lead the design and execution of enablement programs end-to-end, bringing them to fruition by working across other businesses within Autodesk. You are strategic and equipped to navigate changes in priorities to improve performance and results. You have project management expertise with experience using working backwards methodologies. And, as an experienced collaborator who strives for excellence, you excel in working with instructional designers to develop creative resources, bring video learning content to life with storytelling and leverage learning platforms to produce mixed-modality content, including reinforcement exercises, micro-learning, role plays, and simulations.You will be located in Canada/US and be #LI-Hybrid/Remote.ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership and business owners to develop curriculum and program strategies that improve the productivity and effectiveness of our sales and success teamsCollaborate with Instructional Designers to build and deliver creative digital learning and training programs and live learning experiencesWork across the business to influence Enablement's integration strategy into Autodesk's global One Team ProgramProvide data-driven expertise to evolve programs and training solutions, validate skill completion and measure knowledge retentionExplore new learning strategies to ensure enablement is seamless, integrated into the flow of work and becomes a differentiator for AutodeskBuild relationships across the business and use subject matter experts to help enhance enablement programs and contentMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Adult Learning Science, Marketing, Communication related field or equivalent work experience6+ years' experience in sales, technical or product enablement discipline at a SaaS companyExperience with enablement processes with expertise launching programs across a global organizationDemonstrated project management skills and customer focusBreak down concepts and explain them to different audiencesStay flexible through growth and change3+ years in experience designTranslate data/insights into strategiesExperience building scenario-based training and creating assessmentsUnderstanding of procurement methodologies and business model strategies#LI-MK2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,500 and $217,580. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
