If that’s you and what you’re looking for, we’d love you to be part of our future.Key Responsibilities:Volume sales to an assigned set of GSI Partner accounts.New Business, growth, and high margin contract value based on a defined scope of Partner accounts/customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Secure and defend existing partner revenues and migrate them to the cloud where appropriateDevelop and grow account base in the named set of Partners, cross-sell, up-sell, and proactive partner lead generation. Key accountabilities:Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual targets based on defined set accounts and objectives set by the business.Accountable for successfully executing digital sales activities. Generate new leads via Partner relationships, campaigns, and pro-active working Support any marketing/campaign planning to help develop leads and drive the leads to opportunities within the Partner and customer base.Accountable for the full sales cycle for all opportunities from driving land/expand to upselling/cross-sell. From demand gen activities to renewals in collaboration with the Sales Account Managers Manage individual pipelines on SFDC to provide accurate forecasts and pipeline management.Accountable for the delivery of the specific virtual partner sales targets, aligned to the GSI Partner targets, and assigned targets for other sales teams. Ensure Partners are managed professionally and proactively while building and expanding relationships with key contacts and influencers through regular, proactive contact.Take responsibility for product knowledge and market awareness to effectively advise GSI PartnersKey Skills:Partner and customer excellence mindset that begins and ends with the customerSkills and aptitude to become a great B2B Seller.Partner relationship skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of competitive landscape.Proficient experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office.Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.Self-motivated and self-directed with a growth mindset.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Ability to drive new acquisition sales, spot cross-sell/up-sell opportunities in conjunction with the partners to drive indirect sales opportunities.Ability to execute partner sales activities from an inside sales approach that meet required partner sales targets including competitive market share capture.ExperiencePrevious sales and/or account management experience.Fast learner and strong can-do attitude#LI-Hybrid #LI-IM1If a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
