As a holistic thinker who is passionate about quality and customer experience, your proven skills to plan, develop, and execute validation will drive success in this role. You will contribute to the overall success of HP solutions.  Your responsibilities will include: Recommend tools and frameworks based on validation requirements. Develop automated and manual tests for user experience, performance, functionality, and systems integration. Own reproduction of customer issues. Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to ensure quality across solutions. Review and evaluate system designs and project activities for compliance with technology and testing guidelines and standards; provide tangible feedback to improve systems and product quality and mitigate risk of defects. Assist in planning for future growth on the Quality Team.  Required experience and skills: 6+ years of experience with QA, testing tools and test automation for systems integration. Demonstrated leadership experience in a validation role.Proficient in scripting and programming languages. Experience with virtualization, Selenium, Ansible, and Terraform preferred. Demonstrated ability to update skills to accommodate evolving technology landscape, specifically with cloud, hybrid cloud, private cloud, and bare metal products. Ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and work with a global team.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $102,500.00 -- $135,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
