Program Manager - Go-to-Market Processes

SailPoint is seeking a Program Manager to drive some of our most complex, business-critical initiatives for our Product organization.   We are looking for a program manager who has experience driving large organization wide initiatives.  This individual is passionate about cultivating relationships and has experience influencing across organizational boundaries. You will manage a program from beginning to end to ensure we’re executing successfully and delivering amazing results.  This role sits on our Product Operations team and will focus on our Go-to-Market/Launch processes.Responsibilities: Build strong trusting relationships with leaders across multiple business functions (ex. Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales)Keep cross-organizational/cross-functional teams focused on what is most important for the business & your program’s successManage and track program execution across multiple development teams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time deliveryIdentify and understand bottlenecks in the system and ruthlessly open them up including making and communicating tradeoffsAnticipate, recognize, and work through risks, resistance or setbacks which impact program executionUse technical judgement to drive strategic alignment & product deliveryDevelop program plans & schedules covering all phases of the program lifecycle with an emphasis on launch and release coordinationCommunicate clearly and regularly to executive stakeholders and audiences in a variety of ways (visually and verbally)Provide thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset to methodically work through problems/challengesRequirements:8+ years of experience driving large programs and delivering excellent results - 5 of which must be in software product development (SaaS, Web App, etc.)Ability to build frameworks to track and execute program directionExperience creating successful, scalable, and repeatable processes based off stakeholder requirementsHighly evolved EQ and ability to adapt to the needs of the program and current maturity of the teamsTechnical experience and knowledge of developing SaaS products - grounded in modern web technologies and agile processesPassion for building partnerships and experience leveraging those to achieve successRelentless passion and persistence and a focus on meeting commitmentsSelf-driven and highly motivated work ethicPreferred: Exposure to product development in both large and small companies(bonus points!)
