We create high-value, relevant content across various platforms, including in-app, on the web, and through our HelpX, social, and community channels. Our goal is to provide users with help, inspiration, and creative success.We're currently seeking a Senior Content Effectiveness Strategist who will play a key role in shaping the strategy, development, and successful delivery of content experiences across our content, community, and social teams.What you'll Do Define, measure, and improve content quality, user experiences, and effectiveness metrics across various content types and platforms. Lead specific content initiatives and priorities to enhance user experiences and engagement. Deliver ongoing visibility and status of critical initiatives, risks, dependencies, and propose solutions to increase success and goals. Establish content guidelines, processes, and best practices to ensure quality and effectiveness at scale. Collaborate closely with Category, Editorial, VizComm, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Contribute to the development and scaling of content capabilities, resolving issues or gaps in people, processes, and tools. Work on delivering content at scale, including defining requirements, rules, taxonomy, content management, and measurement. Support the development of experimentation initiatives, defining processes, skills, resources, and frameworks to capture key insights and apply them across teams. Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to enhance visibility, accountability, and insights into content, author, and platform effectiveness. Implement processes and programs that improve content quality, efficiency, and capabilities across internal and external teams.What you need to succeed 7+ years of experience in content operations or related roles. Strong understanding of content strategy and effectiveness. Experience in leading content, community, or social engagement initiatives. Demonstrated program management (PgM) skills, with the ability to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and meet project goals. A strategic mindset combined with operational and tactical implementation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with product landscapes, user experience, and various channels. Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively. Passion for solving problems and improving user experiences.Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
