As a Full stack engineer, you will contribute to the development of the company’s flagship Lead Management suite and related applications.What you’ll doBuild state of the art Marketo applications collaborating with the User Experience (UX), Platform and Product Management teams. You will write code that is optimal, documented, tested and gives performance and scalability priorityYou will be an active participant in architecture/design discussions, peer reviews and product discussionsLearn from and participate in technical talks around standard methodologies for software developmentConsume backend data services and contribute to improving existing data access APIsWork with customer success team to solve customer issuesWhat You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent experience4+ years of experience designing and developing large scale Web applications with high availability and reliability, ideally in a SaaS environment.Strong knowledge of the DOM, CSS3, JavaScript and HTML5Experience with one or more JavaScript UI toolkits, such as ReactJS, AngularJS, JQuery, ExtJS, EmberJS, BackboneJSExperience with NodeJS and server-side JavaScript.Experience in writing server side Java codeExperience with relational databases and ORMsExperience with Agile (preferably Scrum) & Test-driven developmentGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to troubleshoot software problemsExperience with a version control system (Git preferred, SVN, Perforce, or CVS experience acceptable)PlusesExperience with functional programming paradigms, immutable data structuresExperience with common JavaScript build/test tools like Gulp, Grunt, Mocha, Browserify, NPMCSS framework (Saas, Less) and UX mindedExperience with common open-source application/web servers like Tomcat, NodeJS, Nginx, ApacheExperience with DevOps deployment tools: Vagrant, Puppet, DockerOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,500 -- $194,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
