The Opportunity The Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for helping define and execute the strategy to support our best-in-class sales team at go-to-market strategy at Adobe. Reporting into the Head of Americas Central Sales Strategy and Operations; you will lead initiatives and programs focused on sales strategy, analytics, and operations that impact the entire Americas business.As a member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team, you are able think analytically and drive data and insights critical to the business. You would be a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our field organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change.What you’ll doBe responsible for a project where you will solve a Sales Operations/GTM Strategy topic while developing insights and recommendations to influence senior decision makersEmploy data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer interviews, employee interviews and other techniques in your project to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of our sales teamsDevelop and deliver presentations to senior executivesLearn the Digital Experience Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and OperationsWhat you need to succeedEnrolled in an MBA or equivalent advanced degree program, graduating between December 2023 – June 2024Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology3-5 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendationsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levelsAbility to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writingAdvanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPointAttention to detail and pride in delivering your best workCuriosity, initiative, and the desire to experimentDesirable but not essentialWork experience at a leading technology company, strategy or economic consulting organization, digital agency, or marketing departmentExperience creating GTM strategies/Sales Operations along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for executionDeep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business modelsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $71,500 -- $152,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
