Make the choice, join our diverse team today!What you will be doing:Full program ownership, with primary focus on:Comprehensive cross-functional schedules ○ Ensure sound execution strategy is established and executedContinuously assessing program risks and mitigation plansTrack critical metrics (key performance indicators): Bug closure, checklist compliance, etc.Review any POR (plan of record) changes and drive strategy to project teamsOwn POR, document strategy changes and rationale for decisionsDrive understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/milestone criteria, and cross-functional interdependenciesEnsure cohesive collaboration between cross-functional teams and leads such as Head engineer, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Operations, Product Engineering, and Go-to-Market teamsLead project staff meetings to: Prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and areas of immediate focus.Summarize concerns, blockades, and plans to resolveReport out program status to collaborators at all levelsImplement AARs (after action review) from previous generation into current programUpdate program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organizationWhat we need to see:Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree6+ year Product Development Experience5+ year Technical Program Management ExperienceIdentify and maneuver between decision makers and influencersUnderstand that strategy is defining the end and mapping a plan backwards step-by-stepOwns the results and understands how their program performed last and current generationAlways define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverableEstablish trust and credibility with internal stakeholdersDraft the right team and each person’s role in the meeting to drive a successful outcomeMust link strategy to impact and project outcomesLogical approach to assess risk in schedule, resources, and performanceWe have a real passion for excellence and for building products that excite the imagination.
