We are now looking for a DPU/NIC Segment Lead for the Americas Market. This is a leadership position where you will be able to lead the business & drive strategic direction and investments for NVIDIA over multiple years. Success in this role will be contingent upon your ability to forge strong relationships and build trust with executives and individual contributors across multiple organizations. Lead efforts to drive definition, execution, evolution and performance tracking to support the goals working closely with the field on tracking and assisting in execution What you'll be doing:Define and drive strategies to grow the DPU & NIC business in the AmericasDesign win of DPU to lighthouse accountsEnable and craft a robust opportunity pipeline and establish long-term business relationships and strategic relevance with high-revenue/growth customersEnable matrixed team to deliver on the product segment revenue targetsCreate and develop sales operations process management, including opportunity management and forecastingBuild effective relationships with ecosystem partnersInteract and communicate with various levels in customers' organization from individual technical contributor to senior executivesWhat we need to see:Technical and business university degrees (or equivalent experience)10+ years of overall experience driving business development of similar networking solutions5+ years of managing a team and confirmed ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organizationGetting stuff done mentalityTechnical knowledge of NVIDIA products and servicesKnowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tacticsExperience with leading and closing complex deal negotiationsLead & motivate a virtual team of sales managers and help recruit the best talentWays to stand out from the crowd:Detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirementsCan present complex marketing and technical content to customers and executivesDemonstrated knowledge in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needsStrong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teamsPrefer a candidate located in the SF Bay Area, but location may be possible elsewhere in the U.S..NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers with some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working here!
