Purpose-built datacenter, AI factory, provides developers a full-stack cloud environment to design, develop, deploy, and lead industrial generative AI applications.As a part of NVIDIA’s World Wide Field Operations (WWFO) organization, Customer Program Management (CPM) is responsible for technical execution of design wins with system OEM/ODM partners and business awards with key cloud service provider customers once secured by our Sales team. We are looking for a technical program/project manager who can work with our CPMs and internal cross-functional team members to help us implement deployments of our accelerated computing solutions at CSPs and system partners. Along the way, we aim to provide exposure to customer engagements—understanding their requirements and perspective to develop the customer savvy necessary ensure the proper communication skills and judgment a career in CPM requires. We are now hiring a Customer Program Management Intern to join our team!What you’ll be doing:Collaborate with one or more Customer Program Managers (CPMs) to identify a subset of larger customer programs to own, track, and drive progress onIdentifying and understanding the roles and responsibilities of key cross-functional team members and stakeholders (across Sales, Business Units and Product Management, Hardware and Software Engineering, and Operations) that you will need to lead to successfully execute your responsibilitiesTechnical project management: understanding the customer program and your part in it, including tracking of schedules and key achievements, NVIDIA deliverables, actions items and owners.Secure commitments from appropriate internal owners and key stakeholders to deliver on what is needed from them; drive and follow-up through completionSummarize and report status, along with any help needed, to the appropriate CPMsListen in on internal meetings and meetings with external customers/partners. Get exposure to the “customer perspective” to craft informed customer communications and messagingWhat we need to see:Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Business AdministrationProject or program management experience, ideally at a technology companyMaintains a consistent track record of successfully collaborating across various departments or teams to achieve project goalsWays to stand out from the crowd:PMP or other Project/Program Management CertificationExperience with tools such as MS Excel, MS ProjectNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
