The role will also own providing financial analysis and modeling for the division leadership; providing accurate projections; ensuring corporate targets are met and presenting timely and valid interpretation of operating results. Key responsibilities will include and not be limited to: Architecting and developing the financial elements of long-term strategic plan and overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting process for Division and driving the financial content during the planning reviews. Partnering with Divisional GM and other senior managers to establish divisional objectives and driving the financial planning and analysis process. Providing recommendations to improve profitability and operational effectiveness to achieve divisional objectives. Conducting invest/harvest/divest analysis for product lines. Characterize attractive/unattractive markets for investment and influence corresponding level of investment.Overseeing the development of the overhead rates and reviewing the standard cost development outputs to ensure proper costing and accounting.Regular inventory reviews and working with divisional marketing on product demand to identify excess and obsolescence exposure and approving the reserves in compliance with Corporate policies.Tracking; reviewing and approving of Capital Expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budgets. Manage and developing a team of Finance Managers and analysts supporting the division across multiple geographiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related degree required (Master's degree preferred) and a minimum of 18 years of overall experience with a minimum of 6 years is in management.
