Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join our team in India. The PM is responsible for the end-to-end delivery for project, enhancements and business as usual work by maintaining SLAs by prioritizing and delivering projects, enhancements and business as usual work by coordinating support escalations and building strong relationships with their internal customers and stakeholders. The PM will manage the delivery of technology servicesAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 5+ years of experience in a project management or related role.2+ years of experience working with corporate Sales and finance systems project deliveries with facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams.Proven track record in staff development, talent recruitment, mentoring/coaching team leadersProven ability to set clear strategy, direction, and goals, and to effectively manage remote resources.It would be great if you also had . . . Project Management experience within the Sales & Financial IT Services strongly preferred.A broad technical understanding of a wide range of platforms and technologies.Experience working in a global virtual team environment, driving, and maintaining the consistent adoption of centrally governed standards for service delivery.Experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet.Experience supporting internal or external audits.PMP or equivalent certification.What will you be doing in this role?Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, enhancements and business as usual activities.Work closely with the strategic product owner for financial systems to help formulate a roadmap, project plans, projects prioritization, scope the work, and resource planning.Build a strong collaborative relationship with business users and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the business needs that are supported by the services.Work with business stakeholders and strategic product owner to understand future business strategies and develop aligned service strategies that ensure services will continue to meet business needs into the future.Manage delivery against these agreed SLA’s. Track data that allows insight into performance against SLAs and assess additional performance measures to ensure performance is meeting both objective and subjective standards.Identify and manage through service improvement, initiatives that will increase the quality of support delivered to the business. Also, Conduct regular service reviews with technical support teams to discuss progress, review issues and provide feedback.Support and manage the introduction of bug fixes, enhancements, and service replacements as necessary.Conduct regular service reviews with business stakeholders to discuss enhancement requests, agree on priorities and longer-term strategy, and address any service or SLA failings. Also, Manage the cost-of-service delivery in line with the agreed IT budget and cost drivers.Work with the compliance team to ensure that services meet all regulatory, internal, and customer requirements for security and data protection and Act as point of contact for internal and external audit activities.
