We are looking for a UK (London) based Consultant to join our Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) Commercial Strategy Consulting team The Consultant is a critical member of project teams, providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives.Consultants work alongside senior members of the team to define engagements, build work plans and develop deliverables with robust and valuable recommendations that are vital to ensuring our clients achieve success.What will you be doing in this role?Lead and execute various primary and secondary research efforts needed for projectsConduct qualitative research through interviews with KOLs, physicians, providers, payors and industry knowledge experts to obtain insights and data relevant to client engagementsPerform quantitative analysis (e.g., financial modeling, data manipulation, claims analysis) to develop accurate product and market forecasts (e.g., sales projections, size of market, etc.)Synthesize large amounts of data into discrete stories and assumptions to determine the “so-what” for clientsContribute to brainstorming and framework development to address key client strategic needsProduce quality client deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, reports, white papers, etc.Engage on multiple client projects, effectively manage time commitments, and assume greater leadership and project management responsibilities over timeReview the work of more junior team members and help in their development by providing learning and skills development opportunitiesSupport senior team members with opportunistic business development efforts including greenfield research and developing proposals and pitch booksContribute to the social environment by executing assigned firm-building activities including knowledge management, internal training sessions and assisting with recruiting top talentAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments.BA/BS in a life science or business-related field is required; MS//MPH/MBA/PhD is preferredAt least five years of relevant consulting or advisory experience within life sciences/biopharmaExperience with one or more of the following domain areas: Pricing & Market Access, Commercial Strategy, or New Product Planning within the life sciencesIt would be great if you also had . . .Proficiency across various consulting and research methodologies, including the execution of quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary & secondary research, and analytic modeling and forecastingExceptional project management skills and multi-tasking ability to successfully work on multiple client projects and work demands simultaneously.Experienced with all Microsoft Office products is critical, especially PowerPoint.About the TeamClarivate Commercial Strategy Consulting provides advisory and management consulting services to industry-leading and emerging pharmaceutical, biotechnology and MedTech companies.
