We are looking for a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst to join our IP Ops Enablement team in Noida, reporting to Senior Manager Operational Excellence, who leads our Operational Management Information (MI) and Metrics team.  The team consists of 5 members and is reporting to the Senior Manager Operational Excellence. We have a great skill set in Data management and visualization (Power Bi) and would love to speak with you if you have skills in Data analysis and management. This role will be an exciting opportunity to lead the creation and implementation of critical operational process performance measurements and related analytics in partnership with your designated IP business area. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Success in this position is reliant on deep expertise of developing and delivering reporting capability alongside business stakeholders, within the context of operational management and our existing reporting framework. Required experience and skills:· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Management or similar· Minimum 4-year experience in a similar reporting or data management role· Good working knowledge and experience in language python or R and SQL Database Management. Specifically demonstrating proficiency in database design, data models, techniques for data mining using these tools.· Problem solver with demonstrated ability to quickly analyze large datasets and investigate problem areas to find end to end reporting solutions.” It would be great if you also had . . .  · Good understanding of IP division, and it’s operational services· Working knowledge of data visualization software Power BI & Tableau· Positive “Customer first” attitude, action-oriented and perseverant What will you be doing in this role? As the part of the MI & metrics team, you will lead the creation and implementation of critical operational process performance measurements and related analytics for your business area. Detailed responsibilities include:· Ensuring the availability of periodic (typically weekly or monthly) key operational metrics and reporting, on time and in full. Depending on the report setup, you collect data, verify completeness, ensure reporting accuracy.· Responding to internal customer queries and supporting bug fixes as part of your daily activities.· Where the operational MI & metrics is not yet fully implemented, collaborate with the IP Operations stakeholders to implement, and further develop the existing operational metrics. This will enable reliable decision making and targeted improvement which is consistent with our reporting strategy and balanced scorecard measures.· Lead reporting development with your business partners, ensure a thorough requirement collection and prioritization process with the Operations teams (and your Ops Enablement colleagues).
