What will I be doing?
Work with product teams and customers to help adopt our Marketing platforms.
Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and implement marketing campaigns within our platform to generate revenue for Zenoti customers.
Own the add-on Zenoti Marketing product and the overall relationship with assigned customers.
Drive demos, walk-through and solution reviews with customers.
Create impactful dashboards and reports for Zenoti Customers.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and devise ways to improve the campaign performance.
Perform deep data analysis using analytics tools such as Excel/Python to arrive at patterns and automate the monthly & quarterly analysis.
Create and design visually empowering Email templates.
In this customer-facing role, you will need to align working hours to overlap customer time zone to build customer relationships and satisfaction by providing exceptional and timely service.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, and key metrics according to the organization goals and objectives.
What Skill do I need?
1+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of HTML, Javascript and Canva to build & design email templates.
Excellent knowledge of Excel. Good to have knowledge of Python/R/Tableau.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with customers.
Strong logical, analytical, problem solving and data interpretation skills.
Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start up environment.
Good understanding of MS Office and JIRA.
Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
