Product Manager Intern, Content Lifecycle

Content Lifecycle is working to bring content experiences to the forefront of collaborative work management. With industry leading products in Smartsheet and Brandfolder, the opportunity ahead is in defining and delivering useful features that allow people to leverage their images, files, documents, and all sorts of content within their work. This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $30.00 hourly. You Will:  Be a valued member of our product team and be mentored by an experienced product manager. Analyze customer feedback, and market and competitive trends, to deliver insights that will inform the product roadmap. Guide one or more features/enhancements through implementation and launch, crafting product requirements and drafting launch/training collateral, breaking the work into a well-prioritized plan, and making the call on prioritization and trade-offs where necessary. Create and communicate a compelling vision for your project area and craft product requirements. You Have:  Rising college senior or recent graduate or equivalent. Technical or business degree track. User experience design, software engineering coursework, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product design decisions on behalf of customers. Passion to make customers and colleagues successful and pride in creating delightful customer experiences. Excellent communication and organizational skills. This internship requires US work authorization or Legal authorization to work in the United States.
