About the role Senior Buyers are responsible for handling Rocket Lab’s end to end sourcing operation.  Senior Buyers are embedded with the engineering team during R&D projects and support them through early design phase through to production ramp, securing supply of the parts we use to build launch vehicles and space systems.  Senior Buyers make daily decisions that are responsible for ensuring we meet our cost, quality, and delivery goals.    Essential skills Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project Proven ability to source, onboard, and negotiate pricing with suppliers Proven knowledge of world class sourcing processes.
