ABOUT THE ROLE…
Pure Storage France is seeking an experienced Manager, Corporate Account Executive to join the Inside Sales team in Paris . A strong candidate should be familiar with a variety of sales, marketing and operational concepts, practices, and procedures. They will have freedom to perform a variety of tasks and be a part of building a growing team in an exciting fast-growth company. A wide degree of creativity, accountability and ownership is expected.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
In this role, you will:
Coach and lead a team of Corporate Account Executives (CAEs)
Have the responsibility for Employee Evaluation and Staffing for CAEs
Manage Team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met
Drives new opportunities and revenue/pipeline growth through consistently achieving individual and team quotas
Monitors daily activity of CAEs including outbound calls, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives and managing sales support activities
Conduct weekly 1-1 and team meetings to maintain consistent communication and collaboration with each team member
Coach and plan activity for a diverse approach to customer prospecting ranging from marketing follow up, sales AE engagement and channel teaming
Establish and report on metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary
Collaborates with regional field sales employees on territory planning and execution
Train new hires and provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM...
2+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience in the storage or high tech industry
Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, growing and developing a inside sales team and/or cross functional territory
Proven track record of successful selling as an inside sales representative
Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies, technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: SalesForce , Insidesales.com , Discover.org
Knowledge of virtualization technology, database and deep understanding storage preferred
Experience with Channel Sales a plus
Native/Bilingual French and business professional English Required
