You will be a highly strategic trusted advisor and partner to the sales leaders, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive revenue growth and customer success. You will also implement controls and collaborate with other finance teams and functions to ensure alignment and integration of financial plans, processes, and systems. You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, effective partnering skills, good business judgment, and the ability to work with all levels of management. You will report directly to the Finance Director of ACS. ResponsibilitiesPartner with ACS Americas Midmarket Sales leaders to drive topline growth and achieve financial goals on Annual Contract Value (ACV), value-based renewal rates, net revenue retention rates, billing, and revenueManage annual planning process, allocate targets, and set sales quotas for commissionable sales employeesManage sales forecast submissions with sales leadersPresent quarterly business reviews(QBRs) and quarterly business planning (QBPs). Evaluate the financial performance of the sales team, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to the sales leadersProvide deal support in partnership with Deal Operations to develop proposals and agreementsAssisting in process improvement on Americas Mid-Market team pipeline management through salesforce.comDrive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems and tools, leveraging best practices and automationMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree (finance, business, accounting or engineering); MBA/CPA preferred8+ years of related experience in finance business partnering and financial planning and analysisHigh degree of business acumen and strategic thinkingDemonstrated maturity and ability to interact with Senior ExecutivesExcellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and building effective relationships Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal well with uncertainty and changeA strong process improvement focus, an interest in seeking out and eliminating root cause problemsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other financial systems such as Tableau, Qlikview, Anaplan, NetSuite, SAP is a plusPrior experience in a SaaS company is a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $119,500 and $193,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
