Market Compliance LeadDescription -We are looking for an experienced Market Compliance Lead to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.A great Compliance Lead is well-versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices. They are professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. You must be comfortable saying “no” even to highest level of executives when necessary and be positive result-oriented.The goal is to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course. In the context of increasing online transparency, another objective is to drive consistency in the way we deploy pricing, programs and benefits through our partner network to our customers.ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to compliance projects to transform operational processes, embedding compliance into the day to day businessEffectively collaborate with all stake holders in India market like category, sales, finance, legal, sales operations, supply chain and to influence business programsEvaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuouslyCollaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulationsDevelop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policiesRe-engineer processes, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issuesReview the processes of different business and operations departments when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or trainingKeep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance controlPrepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriateActively collaborate with market compliance leads from other markets and contribute to the ww compliance organisationRequirementsExcellent business acumen and customer focus partnered with a dedication to legalityEffectively and efficiently collaborate across the company in a cross matrix environmentIn depth understanding of HP’s channel programs, pricing and discounting programsProven complex project management experience involving different departments, external vendors and customers / partnersExperience as compliance manager is a plusIn-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulationsFinancial acumen, analytical skills, metric and result drivenAn analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulationsExcellent communication skills, including strong influence at executive management levelMaster level education in law, finance, business administration, engineering or related fieldJob -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
