Partner Digital and eCommerrce StrategistDescription -Looking for a Digital evangelist to join the Omnichannel team to help drive HP’s digital transformation. Our objective is to win online wherever customers are searching, shopping or buying, in order to maximise market share, revenue, and margin.The ideal candidate typically would have 8+ years of digital marketing experience, is able to identify key opportunities to improve HP’s overall customer experience on our Partner websites, and is an effective communicator who can drive change internally and within our top partners.Roles and Responsibilities:In partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Category strengthen existing online HP business with key HP Channel Partners Analyse and understand partner digital strategy, online platform and execute key optimisations and recommendations to improve online sales of HP products. Driving improvements in the overall customer experience on Product Detail Pages, maximising HP product visibility in onsite and offsite search and identifying and executing Conversation Rate Optimization opportunities.Provide online recommendations including but not limited to: ecommerce, SEO, paid search, customer experience (quarterly and annual reviews of measurable results for key accounts). Conduct A/B testing to identify optimal customer experience and drive incremental revenue for HP as well as documenting best practices to share across the organisation.Support HP data collection program to track partners adoptions of best practices and drive improvements in partner experience scores.Identify and share digital best practices across the team.Have firm understanding of HP Consumer products and stay up to date with digital industry knowledge.25-30% travel required.Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business; Digital Marketing or MBA preferred.Typically, 8+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.Demonstrated Team leadership experience.Digital Agency experience desiredKnowledge and Skills:Experienced digital professional who can lead cross functional teams in driving digital strategy and hands-on execution to deliver measurable resultsSelf-starter, collaborative and results-orientedFinancial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.#LI-POSTJob -SalesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United Kingdom)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
