NA Omni Channel Policy Operation SupportDescription -Description - Position Overview - As NA Omni Channel Policy operation support, will be part of the Global Policy team in the Global Omnichannel Go-To-Market organization. This organization is focused on using innovations and techniques to drive tangible business outcomes for HP and our Partners. The role will be part of a team focused to support and enforce the Policy in NAKey responsibilities.Drive a consistent and efficient process to monitor policy compliance.Know how to work with flexibility and as a critical thinker in order to detect possible errors or areas for improvement in the strategies defined.Work with internal teams across the entire organization (i.e., Category, Operations, Data Analytics Team, Contracts team etc.) to run an efficient policy process.Work with Internal legal department to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Consult with external legal counsellor to ensure compliance with relevant laws.Advise leadership and management on policy compliance matters.Develop and provide internal and external training on the policy.Audit processes, practices, and documents.Education and Experience RequiredUniversity or bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.Typically, +5 years of progressive professional experience with a combination of Business Planning, Reporting and Analytics preferred.Experience working alongside a legal team on policy and/or program compliance enforcement.Ability to communicate and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members across multiple time zones.Excellent communication skills (i.e., written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and additional languages a bonus.Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.Excellent Team player and self-starter with good communication and coordination skills.Problem detection and analysis of root cause, Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills with high proficiency.What we offer:• Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. • Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
