Communication SpecialistDescription -The Communication and documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing the communication strategy for the organization. This includes developing and delivering training materials, creating, and executing communication plans on various communication channel, and managing punctual change initiatives. The communication and documentation Specialist will also work with other members of the team to develop and implement change management initiatives. Responsibilities:• Communication Planning and Execution: Design and execute effective communication plans across multiple channels to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication of changes, project updates, and key messages to stakeholders. Develop communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, emails, and other relevant content to support the change initiatives.• Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and presentations. Adapt content for different channels and audiences while maintaining brand consistency and effectively conveying key messages.• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand their communication and training needs and develop strategies to effectively reach and influence them. Develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization and provide guidance, coaching, and assistance to ensure their understanding and endorsement of the changes.• Training Delivery and Facilitation: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees at all levels, ensuring knowledge transfer and understanding of the change initiatives. Utilize various training methodologies, including classroom sessions, webinars, e-learning, and blended learning approaches, to cater to different learning styles and preferences.• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and alignment for change initiatives. Develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization and provide guidance, coaching, and assistance to ensure their understanding and endorsement of the changes.Knowledge & Skills:Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.Knowledge of marketing activities and processes.Familiarity with offering category and HP offerings/strategy.Strong written/oral and communications and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and project management skills; ability to build relationships with virtual teams.Impact/Scope:Moderate - Deals with moderately complicated strategic/tactical issues.Complexity:Moderate to high – Some senior management, partner and/or customer interface; frequent cross-functional/ cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics.Education & Experience:Bachelor Degree or equivalent in communication or similar degree.5+ years of work experience in related field.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Romania)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
