Licensing AdministratorDescription -What a Licensing Administrator does at HP:Support administrative tasks for all Digital Subscription offers HP executes through the Digital Subscription Platform, including onboarding, order entry, end user permissions, etc.Assist the License Advisor in client and reseller management, day to day, for all licensing needs.Run reports and load necessary information to the Platform.Run reports on clients and resellers current licensing strategy on regularly scheduled intervals to include utilization and adoption status for review by Licensing and Account TeamSupport license management processes with other HP teamsExecute the HP CSP Billing process monthly until the CSP Billing process is automatedCollect Billing Reports and provide to HP Microsoft Licensing Product ManagementSupport shared duties with the Managed Services teamSupport CSP License Advisors with quoting and licensing tasks as required.Provide license management status and financial reports for resellers and direct clientsProvide Sales Enablement as needed for HP resellers and direct sales teamDocument business processes as they are created in support of the evolving businessIndividuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required as well as demonstrated continuing professional development.Strong customer service backgroundExcellent written communication skillsFamiliarity with business software (i.e. Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, etc.)Demonstrated ability to achieve goals with a high degree of self-initiation and independence.Demonstrated client management with an overall Satisfied Client RatingProficient at using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft CRM.At least three years navigating the Microsoft ecosystemMicrosoft certification (MCP) for Microsoft licensing#Li-PostJob -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No Shift premium (Philippines)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
