The right candidate must have proven experience in managing and enhancing capabilities and functionalities in Enterprise Applications (eg. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Coupa & etc).Managing Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk functionManaging, providing management direction and allocating resources effectively to ensure successful execution of projectsProviding technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the Enterprise ApplicationLeverage on thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirementsManaging the SLAs and deliverables for multiple projectsOverseeing the entire SDLC process and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of functional and technical documentationsManaging integrations between Enterprise Applications (eg. APIs, middleware, etcCommunicating and managing platform releases to key business usersMonitoring and identifying business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to Enterprise ApplicationsConducting IT security check and ensure compliance with internal and external audit recommendationsVendor engagement and management, responding to quotations and contracts, performing necessary budgeting and costing exercisesOther duties as assignedPre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent5+ years of management experience in Enterprise Applications (eg. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Coupa, etc)Strong understanding in Enterprise platform knowledge and SAAS model (eg. application, data and security)Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a global team environmentAbility to lead the team and deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast-paced environmentStrong project management and planning skillsDemonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills, in both process and solution analysisStrong interpersonal skills, must be collaborative in nature and work well with others Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalITIL Certification is a plusAre you game?
