Oversee scheduling of classes and enrollment of students. Maintain optimum processes related to the CrowdStrike training program operations. Assist management with CrowdStrike University’s financial and budgetary training delivery requirements and oversee customer training support programs.What You'll Do: Oversee all student enrollment, logistics and related communication to ensure smooth flow of students through the CrowdStrike University.Maintain the training database and information systems including; schedule input, exceptions, skill gap analysis, providing reports, and analyzing and making recommendations from database data.Develop, maintain and implement written policies and procedures for all assigned functions.Create yearly schedule of CrowdStrike University instructor led classes. Research to set the schedule includes input from instructors, training operations, training management, and sales management.To maintain quality; analyze student evaluations of courses and/or programs, provide monthly summary data to the Service Operations, make recommendations. Interview and/or debrief students and partners, and serve as a liaison for the CrowdStrike and other stakeholders.Engage in special projects and all other duties as assigned.Interpersonal skills and communication are of considerable importance inside and outside the company. Judgment and diplomacy are essential to avoid losses to CROWDSTRIKE.Plans own workload; may coordinate the schedule of others and/or oversee temporary/contingent help.Work independently on a major function guided by company policies; exercise a high degree of initiative involving major programs and commitment; work is monitored by management information reports.Work on non-routine tasks that involve analysis and solution of complex problems based upon facts, within broad policies and objectives, generally within precedents.Position duties involve making frequent decisions and recommendations.To achieve goals this position requires coordination of and influence of individuals over whom this position does not have direct managerial authority. Respond to inquiries and support requests about training and certification from customers, partners, and employees.What You’ll Need: 3+ years experience as a senior-level administrator demonstrating a strong working knowledge of customer service, training and budgetary reporting.High proficiency with all Salesforce, LMS Systems (SAP Litmos Preferred), Microsoft Office SuiteExperience handling multiple tasks and projects using excellent organizational, time management, project management skills. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
