Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.Digital Marketing Specialist, Japan About the RoleCrowdstrike is looking for a forward-thinking and passionate marketing expert with experience in establishing a best-in-class digital practice across digital channels and web in the B2B tech space. As a part of our APJ team, this digital marketing specialist will have full ownership of building effective and innovative campaigns to increase in-market awareness and propel lead-generation. Close collaboration with the local Japan field marketing team is essential while reporting into the Director, APJ of Growth Marketing.Roles and Responsibilities:Work closely with Japanese digital agencies to ensure effective Japanese Go-to-Market. Plan, execute and create digital media plans against quarterly performance targets in Japan. Work with the operations and analytics teams to report and hone digital efforts, aligning investment decisions with performance targetsAccurately forecast channel performance and work closely with in-region stakeholders to manage the APJ digital marketing budgets and optimizing ROAS.Coordinate and partner with the Japan marketing teams for translation of ad-copy, banners, and content related to digital channels, including putting together ad-specifications and feedback on the performance of digital assets.Being able to execute multi-channel digital campaigns utilizing various tactics including local website, preferably understanding the B2B customer journey in Japan.Collaborate closely with other functions, including Web, Digital Programs, Global Campaigns, Product, SEO to execute cross-functional initiatives.Work closely with global channel leaders across web, display, content syndication, campaigns, and CRO teams to improve conversion rates through paid customer acquisition at all stages of the funnel.What You’ll Need:Competent technical digital marketing practitioner with a proven tactical experience in driving demand in Japan.Working knowledge of content management systems, SEO practices and content optimization, preferably with some experience in web-based projects.Hands-on digital marketing and ecommerce experience, preferably for B2B SaaS or ecommerce, across SEM, affiliate, display, and paid socialUndergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Accounting, Finance, or related work experienceExperience using multi-channel, multi-touch attribution to improve channel performanceExtensive experience with digital media planning and buying including use of programmatic buying, direct buying through Wechat, Twitter, Google Adwords, SA360, Bing, and Yahoo. Deep familiarity with working with digital marketing execution platforms, agencies, content management providers, and digital analytics tools; including adobe Analytics and experience manager or similar CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, and attribution toolsEffectively bilingual in English and Japanese, with experience successfully communicating across large complex organizations, including peers, business stakeholders, and executive suitePreferred Experience:Experience in successfully managing third-party digital agencies to align to company strategy and goals and meet/exceed targetsAble to work independently on data analytics platforms such as Tableau, Domo or any other business intelligence tools.Ability to skillfully and confidently grow the digital marketing function to support company revenue and growth targets#LI-JC1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countriesCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsPhysical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesAccess to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and JhannaOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationBirthday time-off in your local countryWork with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across Asia PacificWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
