We value and develop strong leadership, asking our PMs to take on ambitious and often ambiguous projects that promise to extend our lead in the industry.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:In this role, you will be evolving our analytics and reporting stack used by The TradeDesk’s most sophisticated clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future for how our client reason over their data to generate insights and data driven decision for their campaigns in The Trade Desk. Trust and Safety is at the core of what we do, you’ll need to have a good understanding of data privacy and security and how to unlock this in safe ways that insure customer trust. The Trade Desk is a high bandwidth, low latency, data infrastructure with trillions of rows of data ready for analysis. You’ll need to bring solid data analytics, data governance, and data access best practices. The position requires the ability to work effectively across organizations and functional areas. You will work closely with engineering, business,legal, client services and technical account management teams. The Trade Desk is a fast-paced and complex environment, and you’ll need to identify problems in advance and design with a vision across the whole solution, including milestone andstaging. You will be able to analyze situations and have well-researched and informed data-driven recommendations. You’ll gain additional expertise in the overall industry and become an expert in the Trade Desk platform. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:5+ years of Product Management experience where you demonstrated a sustained track record of making significant contributions to large and impactful software projects. Subject matter expertise in Data Analytics, Data Governance, Data Privacy, and Data Protection.Portfolio of rich data experiences through visualization, insights, or integration with external entities. Experience in Ad Tech industry a bonus. Excellent communication and questioning skills both in large and small groups. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams towards a shared vision. Experience creating product vision and strategy and influencing executive stakeholders to fund key initiatives. Durability and grit, sometimes solutions take creative thinking, multiple iterations, and staging while dependencies solidify.#LI-CP1Our Compensation and Benefits (for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $121,500 -$222,800In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
